WHO ARE THE FOUNDING MOMS?

The Founding Moms® is a global collective of offline masterminds and online resources where mom entrepreneurs can build better businesses. We’re sassy, savvy businessfolk who want to skip the networking luncheons and boring business card swaps for educational and supportive roundtables. We provide the most comprehensive online and offline resources for mom entrepreneurs who want a deep dive into marketing, branding, and sales so that they can build better businesses.

Who is Jill Salzman?

Jill Salzman turns the mundane into inspiration and transforms the impossible into the achievable. Through defying expectations and breaking the rules, she succeeds in inspiring entrepreneurs to figure out what works for them by using meaningful action to create positive results. Jill is the author of The Best Business Book In The World* (*According To My Mom) and the Amazon best-seller, Found It: A Field Guide for Mom Entrepreneurs. She’s shared the speaker stage with Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Daymond John, Marilu Henner, and Desmond Tutu among others, and professed her love of Eddie Vedder in her TEDx talk on 11/11/11. She hosts the top-rated entertaining business podcast, Why Are We Shouting?, a question she asks herself daily. When she’s not speaking to audiences in patterned leggings or podcasting from her basement, she fruitlessly tries to convince her daughters that cassette tapes actually existed.

“I’ve been receiving The Founding Moms’ brilliantly crafted newsletters for over 2 years. Of all the emails I receive, this is the one I look forward to actually reading. I highly recommend joining FMC in whatever capacity you can. The support is phenomenal, especially knowing that we’re not on this journey alone.”

“The Founding Moms has been a great place for me to rediscover new ways of connecting! As an immigrant who has been in this country for just a little over 20 years, it’s great to have a platform where I can see perspectives and am able to quickly reach out to others for help and advice.”
